Tool N’ One by Spellbinders

Fall CardI was creating this card for the tutorial and although it is cute, I was a bit distracted by my frustration that the die I had used didn’t work the way it should. I had to pull out my Spellbinders Tool N’ One!  See where on the bottom right and left squares there are still some of the dots in the paper? Unlike the above right where they are all punched out? I manually punched those out with the Tool N’ One!not all punched out squaresI needed to get the dots around the square that run along the outside of where I placed the sentiment out. That’s where my creation ended and where my focus on this awesome tool began. Any of you know that working with die cuts – manual or electric – can be frustrating if you take more time picking the pieces out than you do actually creating. Here is the solution! The Spellbinders Tool N’ One! This tool not only has three different tools but it also has a handy internal case to carry two of it’s three parts! Perfect for those crafters on the move at crops and friends homes, right? The design is perfect for those that may have a hard time with hand strength as the tools are easily removable by pushing the holder down, which is easy to do without a lot of pressure, to change your tools in and out. There are other tools like these out there but this by far is my favorite with it’s versatility as well as it’s ease of use.tool giveawayYou can use any of the three tools on either side of the handle. This makes it customizable for any creation you may be working on!description

The first tool is the what I call the poker tool thingy (LOL!) that allows you to get out pieces of your creation or create holes in your creation. It is sharp enough to use but not to hurt yourself! Whichever side you use, you pull down using your thumb or finger to release the tool.

When putting the tool into the handle, be sure to align the bearing to the indented area of the tool to ensure it’s locking into place.

To remove the brush tool by pulling down on the purple area with your thumb as shown below.

If you want to place the brush back in for use, you can either line it up with the indented area on the brush for it to stay stationary or you can push it all of the way in where the area is pointed out below so that it will fully rotate when using it allowing the bearing to rotate full around the tool handle.for full rotation

This is where you keep the tool tips. The tool tip holder screws out of the handle allowing for storage on both sides of the tool holder.

To put it back together, you screw one end of the handle back onto one end
