I have been a VERY BUSY BUSY GIRL!!!!!!!!

And yes, it is morning.. it’s almost 4 AM but I usually do my most creative work at this time.. the house is SOOO quiet! At any rate, I saw a posting on a Facebook friend of mine’s (Mommys Crafty Side) stating she was looking for items to be donated to raise money. WHAT AN AMAZING COMPANY TO DO THIS!  If you are interested, I am SURE she would be thrilled to have more donations for the various charities she works with!!
I spoke to Janine (a sweetheart to deal with!) and really, she had me at “need”! I offered to create some items that will be up for auction to raise money for Relay for Life, Team Garden of Hope. I created an album as well as a number of cards. The album I used was a SEI kit but I never follow directions so I created my own album with some of their stuff and some of mine 🙂 All of the creations I made will be placed up for auction to raise money for Team Garden of Hope and I was truly honored to be able to participate in it. Below are pictures of my creations. I hope you like them and I would love to hear your feedback! Have a WONDERFUL MONDAY and somehow I am going to go to HURRICANE HARBOR
(a water park) this morning… like in a few hours… wish me luck! LOL

What great projects for such a fantastic cause! It was so sweet of you to help out. Isn’t it wonderful that our hobby can be used to help others? It’s just another reason to craft!

wow Melissa you have been busy and how sweet of you to make stuff for such a good cause. I love doing stuff like that. I did it a few years ago for relay for life and twice a year we have an auction at work and all the proceeds go to our charity fund, which buys food, school supplies, and Christmas gifts for needy families. I also made my M-I-L stuff for her Rebekkah’s club. I love giving my things away to groups in need. So good for you.! You did a great job. I love the book. I need to make a few of those. Thanks for visiting my blog.I was already a follower, but came for a visit. tfs Tami
