Here is the Sign Language Halloween Card Project. For the tutorial, I am going to change it up a bit.
For your Sign Language Halloween Card Project, take out your paper to stamp on, black ink, Acrylic stamp block and your Sign Language Stamps.

Place your image on your stamp block, ink your image and stamp your image on your paper. Clean off your stamp and place it back on the stamp sheet. Take your next stamp and place it on the stamp block and repeat previous steps.

Using your punch, punch out your letters. If you are interested in getting this Stampin’ Up! Punch, please check out Brandie Partello’s website HERE.

Using the post it note, you can hold the paper outside of the punch even if it is too small to do so! Punch your letter.

See how this enables you to still use the small piece of paper but you can still hold it for precision? It works!

Take out your ribbon. Cut small pieces that you will fold in half. Trim the edge.

I trimmed the ribbon with a triangle cut out on the bottom. You can trim them straight across if you would like to but I wanted something a little more decorative. Fold your ribbon in half and place it on your punched out letter.

Use your stapler and staple your ribbon to the punched out letter. Set aside.

Place adhesive on the back of the decorative paper and adhere it to the card base.

Using the 3-D foam adhesive, place them on the back of your punched out letters. Peel the backing off of them as shown.

Take out your quicker picker poker picker upper or whatever tool you use to place your rhinestones.

I am not sure where I am going to put my rhinestones. Should I put them here?
