Gift Card Holder Using Your Stash and Giveaway
Gift Card Holder Using Your Stash and Giveaway is what we have for you today. I don’t know about you but I vowed I was going to be done early for the holidays. First of all, I would like to say I am super proud of myself! I am 75% done shopping and am THRILLED! Creating this easy to create gift card holder is a great way to create something handmade because you want to show your loved ones you care. It is super fast too! I came up with this quick idea and thought I would share it for those of you that want to plan ahead of time. I have a CAS way to create something from the heart but doesn’t take hours and hours to do SOOOOO let’s get started!

Here are the items you will need for the Gift Card Holder Using Your Stash:
Stapler (I used the mini stapler by Tim Holtz)
Stickers in your stash
Fall & Winter Holiday Sentiments
Washi Tape,
Adhesive
Card base
Paper for sentiment
Scoring Board
You can also add Bling, twine and whatever embellishments you wish.

For the Gift Card Holder Using Your Stash,
this is the first one I made as a sample. It took me about 30 seconds but this is because I did have the card stock pre cut. If you needed to cut the card stock, it would probably take about 3-4 minutes because it is pretty simple to cut a standard piece of paper in half.. If you know you are doing multiple ones, I would suggest you cut multiple ones so you have them on hand. It saves time!

Take your paper (Cut 4.25″ x 11″) and place it on your scoring board.

Score your paper at 5″ because you will need to fold this for your card to fold in half.

Score your paper at 10″ because you will need to fold this so that it holds your gift card.

This is how the Gift Card Holder Using Your Stash looks once it is scored.

Take the smallest area (1″ end) and fold up.

Use your finger or scoring tool and reinforce the scored area on your Gift Card Holder Using Your Stash creation.

Fold the area where it is scored at the 5″ mark and push down on the fold.

This is what the Gift Card Holder Using Your Stash creation looks like once it has been scored.

Take our your stapler and staple on both sides of the 1″ scored area.

Take out your stamps or your stickers and your paper mat for the Gift Card Holder Using Your Stash creation.

Adhere your sticker or stamp your sentiment on the white paper.

Apply adhesive to the back of the paper mat and adhere to the card base.

For your Gift Card Holder Using Your Stash creation,
take out your washi tape and rip off pieces for the front of your card. I used three. You can pick how ever many you want.

Adhere your washi tape to the card front.

Take out any other embellishments. I chose to add some rhinestones. Adhere your embellishments.

This is what the two Gift Card Holder Using Your Stash creations look like.
